If you check now, Orochi's portfolio is no longer a plain blank white page! It now has a layout and all that goodness! Note, if you're on her page you'll notice the layout is completely different. I also have her RSS feed done and up. I'll have to work with her some to finish up the missing links and such, but that'll be no problem. Note, also, if you're reading this on her page this is a global announcement. :P Well, it's up, you should check it out, it looks nice, and Happy New Years everyone! Hope you have a good one, and a productive one. So, out of my list the only one's I didn't complete were finishing my game and fixing up the sAp. site. Second one wont take long but the game might. It's my school project, so it was really me getting a head start. Oh well, back to Moral Orel's last night on air.

To start off, I hate pirates. I mean HATE. I don't mean no pirates like this: PICTURE1. No those pirates are fucking awesome. I'm talking about these pirates: PICTURE2. Note, I've no clue what the fuck is up with that picture, I just googled and that came up. Yes, I'm talking about internet piracy. It's just out of control these days. I'm laughed at by just about everyone I know for buying CD's. I'm sure you reading are at dismay about someone buying CDs who's not over 45. Yes, I, as a 17 year old buy CDs. I support the bands I like. Plus, most bands I listen to run their own record labels, so it's win win for them. Then a lot of my friends are confused as I'm a PC gamer, but I buy PC games. Spore DRM did not bug me one bit, to start off with. If anyone with half a fucking brain could read, the DRM had 3(initially) installs, then you'd call EA and get 3 more installs, call, get three more. Yes, it's troublesome, but it wasn't just 3 installs then buy the game. If gamers don't want DRM's and shit then be trustworthy. The only reason there's DRM's and shit like that is because of fucking pirates. People were stealing games so they needed a protection so the developers don't get fucked out of money. I'm also positive that if you got rid of DRM's you'd cut possibily $5 or $10 off a game's price. CD keys were a nice alternative to DRM, but the problem was they were cracked too easily. Then we've got software that costs 1000's because of people pirating. The whole world economy is getting fucked because of pirating. People aren't buying software and games like they used to. It's so bad that developers are going out of buisness for it, that EA is getting rid of their studios. Gamers bitch and moan about DRM and how they can be trusted, but they can't. You want some proof gamers can't be trusted? The Sega Dreamcast. One person found out the Dreamcast can run CDs, then that if you had this one disk and burned a game to a blank CD you can run a game, then eventually you didn't need the boot disk. I would go to a friend's house and they'd have 40 Dreamcast games, all burned. People wonder why Sega went out of the console buisness, and why they refuse to make a new console. Then the thing that pisses me off the most about fucking internet pirates is they believe they're not stealing. The most common thing I hear is,"We're not stealing because we're not getting a physical copy." I'm sorry but even taking a digital copy is stealing. You're not paying $50 for the CD(You're really paying about $1 for the CD) you're paying for the digital data. So, yes you're fucking stealing. Even if you were paying $50 for the CD it's still fucking stealing. I hate that excuse,"It's not stealing." everytime some dumb fuck say that I want to punch them. I really wish we could nip this piracy issue in the butt and get it over with. It's ruining every buisness possible. Then pirates want to complain it's unconstitutional to have anti-piracy laws because it's not stealing, and it's a right. Yes, some e-pirates believe they've the natural right to steal what they want through the internet.
I hate e-pirates, and those lame ass water pirates. There's only one good pirate and that's Maddox.
Now, time to play some Uplink.
