FUCKING SPAM BOTS |
So, because of the fucking spam bots I'm going to be putting
on all of the site's pages now. I don't get why're they're spamming here, but they are. They're also spamming our comment section, which is really fucking annoying. That's ultimately all. Still restoring pages.
For those that don't know the spam poision thing sends spam bots to a page filled with infinite loop of spam sites to over-load them. If you run a website, or a blog, it's a great thing to put on because it'll stop the spammers from getting people's information and spamming you up.

News from the main |
So here's the news that's coming for today, with about two announcements. First off the site's shop. Yes, I know how little importance that is, but I'm bringing back, and with some style, hopefully. I would say when it comes back please buy some of the stuff, as I wear some of the shirts and people seem to love them. They do make for great conversation pieces, especially the STD one.
Second is for advertisement. So I just did a check on the adviews for this week, that is November 25th through December 1st, and we made a total of 50 Adviews. I will say, that is quite a lot. I'm sure people would like to see some new advertisements up there a simple e-mail to: advertisement@elvenmonk.net can get one up for your site, or refferal! Just imagine 50 views currently, without content, imagine when we have content! The admins and I are working on getting content up and ready. Also, there's more admins then just Orochi, the rest just aren't ready to be revealed.

As for my fellow admins I now organized things a lot better so they'll be less confusing. For those who don't know, I'm very unorganized (to other's atleast) with my data. I use to have folder's on my desktop labled 1-34 all held different things, and I knew which was which.
Now, my "portfolio" is now viewable, but it's currently not done. It's just my blog right now and I'm not sure if that's completely how I want it set up or not, still tinkering around. I'm now working on Orochi's portfolio page because she sent me the design she wants for it. Feel free to read my blog. It's just random thoughts that come along to me.
Oh, working links for my portfolio so far are just the blog and about me.
Also for the global website, advertise and contact now work. Affliation is now gone, and I see no plans to return it.

Layout up |
Yo, so the layout is now up and open to see by all! It looks the best in IE. It looks okay in Firefox, but a little funky, and in Opera it doesn't show borders correct. I'm currently working on adding pages and content, as well as getting portfolio contents for my friends and I. The portfolios will be for jobs purposes. Mine'll be a coder portfolio, Orochi's will be an art portfolio, and the few of my other friends will be various between. My friend's working on a comic series to add, we'll see how that works out. I'm also working on a blog system for each member to be able to post in. Mine's currently working to the extent where it takes my posts and displays them, yeah easily done. Working on a layout for it. Gotta set everyone's up though, which is the fun part. I also have to work with them on their specific layouts and such! More work to come, not sure when, let's just say Maddox soon.

New layout done!? |
Yeah, look at the new layout! Oh, wait, YOU CAN'T! Unless you're one of the people I asked questions for it about. The new layout is close to being done. I'm working on getting oppinions in on it, how it looks from different browsers and such. I got it to look pretty good in IE and Opera doesn't display border's right so it looks awesome in Opera because of that. Now comes the part where I apply it to pages I was working on, which is not too fun. So, within a day or three the layout should be completed enough to put on display. Just need some oppinions over it. Also, all the TBD things in the layout are not going to stay, they're just there 'till I can decide which one's will and which one's one.
