Top 10 Games of All Time
keep in mind these are according to me, and if you don't agree...blow it out your ass.

10) Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Reason: Not since The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time had a game been so open in what you could do. Hell, you didn't even have to do the main story once you escaped the opening area. I think I have about 60 hours clocked into the game, and I haven't done shit to the main story for the most part. There are so many side quests that I haven't even heard of all of them. Random bandit attacks, entering dark portals where demons wait to fight you, and completing tasks for guards, all consume your time without boring you. It was everything Morrowind wasn't, in a good sense.

9)Super Metroid
Reason: Honestly, the first time I beat this was recently. I missed out, big time. The game is revolutionary for its time, and it is giant. From figuring out wall jumping puzzles, to going back to the beginning of the game to a tight space you couldn't fit through before, this game is full of secrets, and suspense. The last fight terrified me, even though it's only 32-bit. The Mother Brain is one crazy mother fucker. The music is some of the best I've heard even to this day.

8)Megaman X
Reason: One of the first games I ever played for the SNES, and definitely one of the most addicting. I know this game inside and out and would probably be able to beat it in under an hour with no problems. Can't forget about its awesome music that sticks into my head even today. Honestly, it's one of the first games that got me INTO gaming. Props there

7) Mass Effect
Reason: A new spin on an RPG. Neither 1st person shooter or turn-based combat, this game is revolutionary also. Hours upon hours of gameplay that doesn't get old. Each story for a sub-mission just as in depth as the main one. You don't have to play the actual game until the very end, if you don't want to. Every choice your make changes all the dialogue, who travels with you, and how people see you, and even storyline. My brother’s story, and my own were completely different.

6) Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
Reason: You take the role of Alucard, Dracula's son and sent off to destroy your father. It was the first in the series of Castlevania to be so open. There were so many secrets to be seen, and even alternate endings if you were skilled enough to find them out. The game is full of secret bosses, and an awesome story. An all around good game, complete with a great soundtrack

5)Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater
Reason: What can I say? Beautiful game. If you don't have patience, prepare to fail. The story is so in depth, full of drama and twists. Just like every other Metal Gear Solid, it doesn't fail to deliver great game play, controls, cinematics, music, and a great plot.

4) Resident Evil 4
Reason: The first Resident Evil game to take on different controls. The story of this game is awesome, but what really sells the game is the gameplay itself. Full of suspenseful boss fights that keep you on the edge of your seat, and spots of the game that make you nervous as hell when you slowly go down a hall way full of abominations that slowly walk after you from every direction. It took a different approach than the previous Resident Evil installments, however the isolation held true to the series.

3) Metal Gear Solid
Reason: The very first Metal Gear game since the original series on the NES/MSX. The game is groundbreaking in every sense of the word. Graphics, gameplay, controls, story, etc all revolutionary, changing gaming as we know it today. One such case is the fight with Psycho Mantis, a person with Psychic powers. He does things that literally fuck with your system. Upon saying "Black out!" he'll black your whole screen out, making your TV say "Hideo 2". This was completely original when it first came out. I remember watching my brother play, and being like "what the fuck?!” Eventually, the fight would resume. But the crazy antics weren't over yet. He also read your memory....card. Such as saying "Oooh, you like Castlevania don't you?" if you had a save game on your card. But that's not all! He also would read your character's mind unless you changed your controller from port 1, to port 2. This was the first ANYONE had seen anything like this. Aside from that, its music kept you gripped into the game, and on the edge of your seat.

2) The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Reason: In my opinion, the most revolutionary game of all time. It set the scene for most RPGs we see now. It was one of the first games to be open enough to have side quests. Its story was amazing causing you to really feel for Link and make you hate Gannon when you weren't respecting his badassness. Its game play was ground breaking, and the graphics of its time were astonishing. Its puzzles were always original, making you think, and the dungeons were never repetitive, aside from that goddamn Water Temple. The soundtrack being one of the best I've ever heard.

1) Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars
Reason: The ONLY RPG I have EVER liked by Square. It delivered an original (and awesome) story that gripped you from the moment you walked into the fucked-up Mushroom Kingdom. I have to admit I jizzed a bit having Bowser and Mario on the same team as I took down Smithy. Also, for an SNES game, this game was huge. Though the levels were some-what linear, there were so many secrets to be found, and many different paths to take. Not to mention, the game had some of the greatest music ever. It definitely deserves it's number 1 spot on my list

Informal Introduction
My name is Josh, however my alias is usually Olrox or OlroxPrime. So I was pretty much thrown into a being an Admin for a site I've only been to a couple times, but I can't complain, it should be fun if I can actually muster up the willpower to do what I want to.

I plan on mostly doing video game reviews, since my main hobby is gaming. Ever since I learned to piss, I've had a controller in my hands. I think my first video game memory was Megaman 2...or the first Zelda, I can't recall exactly. From then on out, my video game legacy was born, and my collection has been quickly growing. I've followed the "next-gen" for years now, and I currently own all three of this generation's (Wii, PS3, Xbox 360).

Outside video games, my world consists of sleeping, school, baseball, and eating. I'm probably one of the laziest people you'll ever meet. I'm well-rounded in most attributes and (not to sound conceited) have a natural talent for a lot. However, I don't have enough ambition to per sue any of it. (Art, picking up my Violin again, learning the guitar, learning piano, acting, etc.)

Anyways, I'm too lazy to go into more detail about myself, you've heard enough if you have the patience to read all of this.

AGAIN!?
Again we've got a new admin and he'll be doing things of a magnitude I can't even imagine. OlroxPrime is the new admin, and like usual global posts or techinical posts will be the only ones I make here from now on.
